It is a very supportive, encouraging and non judgemental environment, suitable for all ages and all levels of fitness. Everyone is made to feel welcome and equal. I looked at other clubs but chose JBK as they are family friendly and Sensei John and Sensei Jane have really encouraged us both over the years to reach our goals. 10 years on and we are both now 1st Dan Black belts and we’re not planning on stopping any time soon.
