   BEST VETS I’ve ever been with (and I’ve moved around a lot) soo caring, patient, considerate and warm in every way! Go above and beyond to make my dog Odin comfortable. Even though he never had real health issues previously, rough handling check ups petrified him and made him terrified of all his previous vets. Since moving to Paw Prints, he now pulls towards the vets door excitable when we just walk past, even though they are the only vets to have had to perform scary surgery and tests on him. Now that’s saying something!! Would recommend to anyone.

   Changed my vets recently from another in Derby to Paw Prints, on the recommendation of my brother and sister-in-law. What a revelation. From the moment I entered the practice and greeted, it felt so relaxing, so calming. The staff were solid gold - professional, caring, considerate, knowledgeable and approachable; why didn't I come here sooner! If anyone is thinking of changing vets, don't leave it for years like I did - do it now and go to Paw Prints! Thanks Paw Prints for looking after my dog today. 10/10.

   I know this is a lengthy review, and thank you for reading. Paw Prints is THE BEST Vets around. Thankfully, they were recommended to me. The practice has a welcoming, friendly and calm atmosphere too. I have anxiety/PTSD and struggle going out in public. I only mention this as I want others to know your pet(s), and their owners, will receive an exceptional level of care, guidance and support. My adorable border collie is my life line, so my anxiety is through the roof for even a routine Vet check. I can honestly assure your pet will experience superb, safe, quality care/treatments. I can vouch your pet will receive equal amounts of love and protection that you give them. I'd like to give a special mention to Vet Gemma. She is kind, caring, a great listener, and patient/calm. She will involve you with every step of your pet's treatment, and she genuinely wants to know your thoughts, feelings, concerns, questions. Consultations are not rushed.... she even went through the x-rays Fudge needed. I've never had a Vet do this, or reassure to such an extent. Thank you to Gemma and ALL the staff at Paw Prints for the amazing work you do. xx

   Genuinely the best vets I have used due to the kindness shown by all of the staff, especially Lisa as she was wonderful in the worst possible situation with an extremely difficult decision required with my pet. Due to her naturally caring nature, we appreciated the empathy shown towards both us and my much loved seriously ill elderly cat. Lisa and her colleagues treated Brutus my Maine Coon cat with complete respect and dignity until his very last breath. All of the advice Lisa gave was in the best interests of Brutus. I would only ever use an independent vet and thoroughly recommend Paw Print Veterinary Practice. Brutus is greatly missed by Portia my Siberian Forest cat and the rest of the family. Thank you again for the kindness shown by everyone which was really appreciated in such a very difficult situation.

   We have been bringing our pooch here since it first opened. He loves it and we love that he loves it. There is no pressure to spend money. The vets give their advice and recommendations and leave you to make a decision. All in all we are really happy with the service we get. Particular shout out to Hannah who is very good with our dog.

   Staff here are amazing. They listen to your conserns and give reassurance. They look at your pet the same way you look at them, with care, companion, and respect. I've been delt with Scarsdale before, and they just treat you as a walking money bag. Paw Prints Veterinary Pratice will be the only place I will ever go to for my veterinary needs.

   As always I was dreading my first visit to a new vets but it was extremely unfounded this time. The receptionist, the vet nurse and the vet made us very welcome and made such a fuss of my nervous Border Collie puppy, Scout, that she didn't want to leave! They took their time allowing Scout and Sky to have a good look around and even gave my girls treats. I was charged a very good price for my appointment based on previous vets bills and was offered some very good advice in regards to training schools for my girl Scout. For me the experience of going to the vets is as important as the experience of going to the doctors. If it feels like a business and the doctor/vet treats you just as a paycheck then I would not return. Paw Prints Vets treated us like long lost friends and we left the surgery very happy. The practice was spotlessly clean and there is parking at the front of the building. We highly recommend this veterinary practice as the continuing care and respect they show to my dogs and I is second to none.
