   Rosie went to stay for 4 nights in September and I was very impressed with the care she received. I was very anxious about leaving her as she had major surgery to save her eye 3 weeks before our holiday and was on an intensive regime of drops, still wearing the cone of shame, and not the best in a cattery situation. I spoke to Natasha a couple of times to check she would be able to maintain her medical care while under her watch and she left me confident to leave her. I received an update on the first night which was very comforting and I enjoyed watching her appear on Facebook. Rosie came home after her break happy, a little chubby (she doesn't eat when stressed) and, most importantly, with a healthy looking eye. The week after her stay Rosie had a follow up appointment at the vets and they were extremely impressed with her progress and she was taken off all her medication and the cone was removed. This wouldn't have been possible if her medication hadn't been followed while we were away. I would recommend the Meow Hotel to anyone looking for a cattery in the local area and I'm very thankful to the team for looking after Rosie so well.

   Absolutely brilliant. My cat has separation anxiety and is a bit of a screamer (understatement), so it is always quite distressing leaving him for a trip, but the ladies at Meow Hotel made it as easy as possible. The standard of care given to the cats is excellent, and Natasha provided me updates and photos as my cat pulled a hunger strike on arrival... But they managed to calm him down, get him eating and gave him lots of fuss and attention. This was our second visit and I wouldn't take him anywhere else. Thanks again!

   Meow Hotel has a five-star rating for a reason. Our 13 year old has just come back full of beans and clearly very comfortable. She had a liver tumour, is on a kidney-support diet and is on daily medication but this was no problem at all - she was very well looked after. We couldn’t be much more picky on where we send our furry little one, but we’d leave her in Meow Hotel’s capable hands anytime. They really get to know their furry clients and give them plenty of love and affection. Also, we love the Instagram updates too!

   Meow hotel is fantastic, our cats Eric and Elmo really seem to enjoy it there. Like the regular update via Facebook with photos and videos of the boys. Staff are amazing and really friendly. Reasonably priced as well. Wouldn’t take out boys anywhere else.

   We left our kitten Elsa at meow hotel for the weekend and never had to worry about anything as we had constant updates including pictures and videos. I knew she was safe and in good hands - we know now that she has a place to stay whenever we are away. Highly recommend.

   Tasha is amazing and looked after my two rag dolls with such great care! It was the first time with Meow Hotel and it won’t be the last. What has astounded me is one of my cats is a rescue who is super timid. 9 days later, he’s meowing and full of love. I cannot express my gratitude enough for Tasha’s magical work and care! Also we received Christmas gifts for the cats and they had a delicious Christmas dinner. Thank you so so much Meow Hotel x

   Great Cattery and friendly staff! It was nice to be updated with photos on Facebook so I could see how she was getting on. The booking system was easy to use and the email confirmation assured me it was booked. Came back home to a happy cat!

   I use the cattery regularly when going on holiday. The staff are very efficient friendly and helpful and the premises are clean and well organized. A big plus is its proximity to St Leonard's Vets who are on hand should your animal become sick.

   Meow Hotel looked after our cat for a week and it was an amazing experience all round. We needed to add on an extra day last minute and we were accommodated, booking and payment was very clear and easy. Most importantly they looked after Sherman perfectly, we could not be happier! Sherman was very happy and even more importantly, their Instagram page was updated regularly which is very comforting for us. Many thanks Natasha and Meow Hotel, we will definitely be back!
