We canβt thank you enough for everything you have done for us and for Peggy. We are so aware that she really shouldnβt have survived, and we owe a very special thank you to Millie for saving her! Thank you to all the nurses for taking such great care of her, for the cuddles, patience, and for dealing with the messy parts of her recovery too. It really didnβt go unnoticed. Thank you for the part each and every one of you played in her care, and for always being honest, supportive, and compassionate towards us.

Took my Mabel in for her yearly health check and injections. Had an absolutely fantastic appointment thanks to Debria Smith. She gave a fantastic experience reassuring me of any concerns that I had and best of all giving my Mabel a clean health check. Debria was caring, compassionate, friendly and professional. I left feeling reassured and that my Mabel is health and well. If anything ever happened to Mabel I would want her to be treated by Debria. I would highly recommend going to Pride vets and also have the plan that they have. I pay each month and it covers the cost of Mabel's treatment for fleaing and worming and health checks well worth it for peace of mind. Again massive thank you to Debria Smith from me and Mabel

Our beautiful baby Willow lost all use of back legs, she was in an horrendous sorry state. Went to our local vets who suggested she may have a slipped disc. They phoned Scarsdale and within a couple of hours we were in a room with Flora, a neurosurgeon. They went through everything with us every step of the way. Willow had MRI which concluded that she had a slipped disc pressing on her spinal column. Flora phoned us and explained everything including the surgery she needed. We could have lost her. We didnβt. They saved her life and now she is expected to make an amazing recovery. Flora was amazing, the staff were amazing everytime we phoned them and they phoned us. We got our baby girl back. At 4 years old she is going to have her full life ahead of her. Thank you to all the team who looked after her. Thank you to Flora the surgeon, the whole of the surgical team and thank you to willows nurse Racheal who took such amazing care of her. What an amazing and outstanding team you all are. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Lovely staff. Very clean and airy there. Separate area for cats, away from the dog area, so the cats feel safe. The dog area isn't visible from the cat area. We saw the vet Mr Anders, he was lovely and very caring to my daughters cat and my daughter. Likes to look after the pets parents as well as the pet. I highly recommended him.

Went with my dog to see A neurologist, in regards to whether he had epilepsy or if there was something else going on. The vet that seen us was Emma Suiter who was fantastic. She listened to every word we said, answerd every question and even answerd the stupid ones. Emma was pleasant cortious and explained everything to us. Emma was also polite enough to ask us if a young trainee vet who was also very polite could join us before we started. Emma also made sure that Kaiser was comfortable aswell letting him roam around the room until he settled down. We left with such a relief, knowing that he had had the best treatment possible, with Emma offering to let us email or phone if we had any concerns in the future.

Had to bring my dog here due to an out of hours emergency. Vet Phil was really great as were the vet nurses. We were quite upset at the time as our dog was in a lot of pain and we felt reassured that he would be looked after by the overnight team. In the morning vet Katie was also great in explaining our options and helping us arrange discharge so that we could use our regular vets for surgery. Yes pricey as out of hours but we felt it was well worth it as the care for our pet was so good.

So we have a French Bulldog who is 3 years old, over the past few years he has had a few seizures. He was referred here from vets4pets who have been great and highly recommended Pride. We had an appointment with one of the surgeons Mark, who is amazing. He went through all scenarios, what to expect, the risks and the benefits. He was not rushed to have BOAS which a lot of surgeons will do, but instead recommended testing for a hernia as he was sick most days. It turned out he had a large hernia in his chest. WE booked the surgery in and spoke to Dawn who was also amazing and was very reassuring as we were notably worried, especially as Chunk is very anxious especially without us. Chunk had his surgery to correct the hernia and BOAS and he is like a new dog. It has been 5 weeks since the surgery and he has not been sick, he breathes a lot easier and it is amazing to see the change. WE wanted to thank each and everyone at Pride for their help, guidance and support, and most of all for making Chunk better. WE would highly recommend Pride.

Just wanted to tell everyone about the compassionate care Seamus, the night vet, gave our Bentley on Christmas Day. Nothing could save him, but the care he received, was second to none. Although we were dreadfully upset at his passing, we went home at peace with the situation, confident that Seamus had done everything humanly possible to try and return him to us. We can never thank him enough!

4 weeks ago my dog became poorly and unfortunately crossed the rainbow bridge. The vets did everything they could for her, before calling us to say goodbye. The vet cried with me and held my hand. They did nothing until we were ready. Afterwards there was no rush for us to leave her. I was gived her paw prints, and a card from the staff. Then i was given forget me not seeds to plant. A few days later through the post came a card from the 2 vets who looked after Holly and knew her well. We chose to have her individually cremated, and a week later her ashes were ready to be collected. Really wonderful care at a very difficult time.
