   GPs frequently forget to prescribe medicines, resulting in endless wasted journeys. A simple prescription for a laxative for a seven-month-old baby was missed (not the first time!), meaning the infant now has another day of bowel pain. It's simply a case of medical negligence, but as GPs are untouchable, squirrelled away in their offices, there's nothing we can do but ring again the next day to chase it up.

   As with all surgeries appointments can be a little scarce but overall a good practice. Again with having no one set dr it's hard to build a relationship so often find it difficult to get what I need as a few come across as though they dont have the time to even see you. Again depends on the dr. But I cant fault reception staff at all. The blonde lady and long haired brunette/reddish with glasses are absolutely lovely and dont get enough recognition

   Although reception staff are lovely and helpful. I've currently rang 6 times this morning 8.25 am onwards and the phone just rings out. It says your open however I'm at work and have to keep taking time out to ring it really isn't good enough.

   Getting an appointment here is nigh on mission impossible if you work full time I'm afraid... just not enough time in the diary available apparently. Great reception staff though, they're always as helpful as possible!
