   Staff at white cross are very friendly and helpful they explain everything clear always got smiles on there faces and there very welcoming from the moment you walk in the door. I had to put my cat to sleep there it was hard for me as she was part of my family but the staff was brilliant with me and my cat . I now have a new kitten and they was brilliant with her and I love the pet plan

   A great practice. After several issues with our dog, the staff at white cross have not only nursed him back to health, but have also been very patient with him. A young and boisterous Berner is not the easiest patient. You’ve all been so friendly, that despite so many unpleasant appointments in a very short period of time, Atlas is still more than happy to go to the vets.

   I have always used this vetinary service for about 15 years now. We have the petplan and I wouldn't go anywhere else for my pets because they have everything they need!! The staff are really gentle with your pets and they understand how important they are to us!! They handle with care too. It's not too difficult to get them booked in if they need checking over and they always give the best advice. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

   They are so nice and the health plan is great. Our dog had to be put down and they were so good. We stayed with her all the way. They lit a candle in her memory and made people to respect with silence. They sent me home a card and forget me not seeds to plant on my pet's memory. With her ashes I got a very pretty box, a card with her paw print and a print in clay. Now we have a puppy and they were great with her

   Friendly, patient and helpful staff. Lovely welcome and they even have a sectioned off area for cats and they provide blankets to put over the top of the cat carriers. The Vet was super helpful and provided us with all the necessary information and warnings relating to our cats' diet; they have a raw food and hypoallergenic biscuit diet. We are on the complete wellness program and it takes a load off your mind knowing that your pet's flea and worming is covered,checkups are all covered and you even get discounts for stuff in their shop.

   Absolutely lovely service from start to finish of appointment. Reception staff are so friendly and welcoming. We saw Rob for our puppy vaccines. He was amazing, made us feel at ease and was fantastic with Tilly. I would defo recommend this practice.
