I've been struggling with a tooth for over a year, got advice to use this dental practice. I'm grateful for the service I received, I'm very sensitive with pain but my extraction was quick and painless. My dentist kept checking on me, making sure I was comfortable and not in pain. The best experience, and I'm now recovering well.
If you are an anxious patient or have a needle phobia, I would strongly recommend avoiding this surgery. Over the past year, I have experienced a complete lack of communication, even during a period when the practice was aware my wife was undergoing cancer treatment. Despite repeatedly explaining how their approach has worsened my anxiety and stress, and how it has affected my ability to care for her, my concerns seemed to fall on deaf ears. Several members of staff made promises that were never followed through, leaving me feeling extremely disappointed in the administration team. In my experience, Dr. Yogi Savania shows little understanding or compassion toward anxious patients and appears more focused on financial gain than patient care. He does not seem to understand ‘No’ and will repeatedly pressure you into treatment even if you explain you don’t want it. If you are considering Invisalign treatment with him, make sure to ask for a full explanation of the entire process before committing. I wish I had done so, as I was not properly informed about their removal procedure until the end of treatment when it was too late. The Invisalign website states ‘gently removed in a painless, non-invasive procedure’. This is incorrect. It hurt so much I had to be sedated in order to have the attachers removed. During this process, as I was in pain in his chair, he decided to increase his hourly rate and attempted to charge me more per hour for treatment I had already paid for. While a patient is screaming and having a panic attack is not the time to attempt getting more money from them. It’s also concerning that their approach to treating patients with needle phobias remains outdated. In 2025, there are many effective and patient-friendly alternatives available — such as gas and air or pen injectors yet none were offered. Instead, I was made to feel unreasonable for asking. Overall, this practice has caused me considerable stress and anxiety, undoing years of progress I had made in overcoming my fear of dental treatment. The reply below highlights exactly my point. I have left countless messages and emails asking someone to get in touch, many promises were made that someone would, none were ever followed up. I had been chasing for 6 months and now they want me to continue chasing.

Recent dental procedure under sedation. Amazing care from start to finish and a very gentle approach, treatment and after care/follow up. A very caring and reassuring service. Definitely recommend.
Very bad. Still awaiting af this time for the promised refund one month ago due to practice being unable to deal properly with a permanent filling and dentist putting pressure on crown and root canal treatment against consent. No informed consent being taken prior to procedures, misinformation and toxic materials proposed. Non toxic alternatives not available. Also no consideration for people trying to conceive in terms of x rays and other safety measures. Overall a big waste of time, energy and money. Do avoid!
This is a dentist unlike no other. It is an extremely efficient business that puts the customer first. I travel 45 mins to get there and it is so worth it. Don’t put off dental treatment - it’s a great experience here.
I found all staff, from reception to actual treatment, very pleasant and friendly. Very understanding of any problems and fears. I recommend this Dental Practice as they offer a lot of cosmetic work as well as normal dental care.
