The lady who did my filling was so pleasant, gentle and her assistant relayed any information when I didn’t understand her and the receptionist was very attentive to my deafness and made sure I understood her clearly … thank you all for my pleasant visit today
I have long had a fear of going to the dentist, but Alex has always been patient, gentle and kind. This means that I'm able to maintain visits with minimum stress thanks to her amazing kindness. I would highly recommend her and the team.
Our dentist Alex is fantastic. She’s brilliant with the children, spends enough time making them feel happy and relaxed but doesn’t prolong it either. It was our 9 month olds first time going and although he only has 1 tooth she took time to make him laugh which made our older two children laugh as well! Having such a lovely dentist makes the whole experience one that you don’t dread! She’s also to the point with us too but in a good way. Thank you Alex x
1. Such a same that the clinic doesn't pay attention on general cleaning. There are cobwebs all over the place. 2. They are too overloaded . Today we had to wait for 1 hour and 7 minutes with an 11 year old .
Can't fault this practice.i find the receptionists are always very friendly and helpful. Alex looks after me and my son and thinks she is fantastic.the dental nurses are great putting my son at ease when he was nervous.would recommend this practice to anyone. absolutely brilliant

I just want to say a huge thank you to the practice. I chipped my front tooth last night and was freaking out, I called the practice as soon as they were open at 8.30 this morning and spoke to Grace, who was so lovely and understanding of my urgency to be seen. Grace consulted Alex ( my dentist) and was informed that I could go in ammediately for a sit and wait. I didn't have to wait long before I was seen by Alex, who worked her magic to fill my tooth where it had been chipped there and then, you can't even tell which bit is now fake and she's made my front teeth look better. Thank you so much Alex and the team for your kind hearts and expertise today, I can continue to smile with pride. Xx
