   When I was a kid I used to hate going to the dentist, but now I have no problem in going to Hughes & Owen Dental Care. The receptionists remember who you are and are lovely and friendly, my Dentist is brilliant makes you feel very relaxed and explains exactly what is going to happen the dental nurse is very professional but with a friendly manner. As someone who was scared of dentists I would recommend this dental surgery to anyone. 5 stars from me

As someone who feels nervous at the dentist, I truly appreciate how welcoming and patient the team is. They take the time to explain everything clearly, which helps puts me at ease. Everyone is caring, understanding, and always happy to answer my many questions — plus, the advice they give is genuinely helpful. Highly recommended.

   Christina and Hayley provide such an excellent service that I would not hesitate to recommend Hughes and Owen. They are caring, understanding and they give great advice which makes visiting the dentist not such a problem regarding being nervous. The reception staff are first class when it comes down to communicating and are very helpful and knowledgeable. First class dental practice. Already looking forward to my next vist......

   Receptionists very helpful. Comfortable waiting room. Although new to the practice, personal details and medical history were efficiently handled in minutes, electronically, via hand-held tablet aided by receptionist. First dental appraisal very thorough and unrushed and generally made to feel welcome. Based on first visit, expectations are high for good service and excellent dental care. Watch this space.

   As always, a thoroughly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly service. We were particularly dubious about the scale and polish, but the advantages were clearly, and politely, explained. I can never admit to enjoying a visit to the dentist, but with the understanding and compassion of Julie, Christina, Leonie, and Phil, amongst the others whose names I cannot remember, I am no longer scared to go to the dentist!

   I have only given 4 stars because I`m a very nervous patient and enjoying a visit to the dentist has never been at the top of my list However.The surgery is bright and airy and reception staff are very warm and friendly. I have only been treated by two members of the dental team, Paul and Christina, both of whom were sympathetic and extremely professional, caring and very tuned in to nervous patients. I can thoroughly recommend this practice -nervous patient or not!
