My wife and I were seen by mr RPandari we couldn’t fault his care. Hygiene was impeccable, he was kind and made our visit stress free. We hope we get to be seen by him on our next visit.
My wife never had problems when to see a normal check up. The guy looked like his a student he fractured my wife teeth and because of his mistake now shes in alot pain for 2 months having to go back and fourth with dentist which costing me £27 for each time we go in u need professional people not some rookies
Had a lovely experience here today! Reception staff were friendly and smiling, which is always nice, and I managed to get an emergency same day appointment. I don’t even think I waited that long in the phone queue. The dentist and dental assistant were both really nice and got my filling sorted quickly and painlessly. Overall a really good dental experience.
Pay monthly and go private elsewhere. I had toothache a few months back and went in for an emergency appointment to be told to wait a week and make a decision about my options, even though I said I wanted the tooth removed. They wouldn't refer me over the phone after being in agony days after and said I needed to go back in to be referred? Then I had another dentist reaching out to me?... Jump to today, I called to book an appointment for my daughter to be told I will get kicked off the system if I don't show up as I've cancelled 5 times?? News to me! Funny thing is, THEY cancelled her last appointment.
I’m leaving a 1star but if I could I would do minus. I had my teeth done here when I was just 16. Mind in fact in 22 now. Terrible. I don’t know how they’re still in business. I had a filling done, 2 days later it snapped my tooth in half and the filling came out. Was told they won’t do nothing about it so I was left with half a tooth. This later on snapped off as no support, I was then 17 couldn’t smile as it was at the front I was so anxious so I called them crying because what can u do as a 17 year old that can’t smile or socialise? I then went in and they said the only thing they can do is a bridge meaning they had to drill in my healthy tooth to attach it to a fake tooth. Things don’t get any better there…. They said I need 2 fillings on my lower teeth. They did 2 feelings conjoined with 2 teeth…??!! How is that normal I was shocked. This didn’t last 6 months one of the teeth snapped and they referred me to go to birmgham to have my tooth extracted. Then I thought enough is enough I went to a different dentist as they said they will have to do 2 more fillings in other teeth and I thought there’s no way I’m letting them do anything else to my teeth. Went to another dentist they were shocked. Sorted my teeth but to this day I’m still having issues with one of the tooth they did the conjoined filling which later on somewhere else they did a proper filling but said I will need a root canal treatment now. In space of 1 year they had 4 of my teeth ruined. 2 taken/ fallen out. I would avoid if you want to have any teeth. Worst part is I know 2 other peoples teeth they ruined. They really should be shut down.
Excellent service! The staff are all very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Dr Anita O'Connor is fantastic, very professional and informative making the entire experience stress free. My children and I have a really positive experience, she thoroughly explains procedures and options that may be required making sure that each visit is relaxed. Highly recommend. Thank you
All the staff are very friendly, supportive and helpful. In particular Anita and Faye. They are very professional and very accommodating especially with my children, they feel at ease with her and are happy to get their teeth checked without getting upset. The best thing about her is that she don’t rush She takes time to explain every single thing with detail. Thank you Anita and Faye :)
I have been using this dental practice for many years and see Anita. Yesterday I had an emergency appointment with Anita & Faye and the experience was as brilliant as always. The experience was polite and friendly, yet informative and professional. I was made to feel calm and was listened to. My situation was dealt with as I’d hoped and I left feeling happy. Anita is the best dental Dr I have ever been under! Thanks ladies. My son who has sensory issues also sees Anita and is always happy to go. I was also impressed with how quickly I was seen as didn’t expect to be. As a whole, I’m very impressed with bupa.
Had another good appointment with Anita and assistant Faye today. Anita is probably the best Dentist I’ve had. Has time to explain things to you. Sorted out an on going issue within the first few appointments of seeing her, that previous Doctors or Dentists I’ve asked weren’t interested or didn’t know how to sort. Top marks from me.
Dr Anita and Sam were fantastic. I had not been to the dentist since covid and they were welcoming and made me feel at home. Dr Anita is super friendly and informative and made my experience stress free. I, like many people, do not enjoy the dentist but I certainly will not be worried about arriving for my 6 month check up now I know I'm under Dr Anita and Sam. I had a different dentist back in 2019 and was apprehensive about getting a new dentist but I am very pleased to be with Dr Anita.
