I have been having therapy sessions with Carol for a few weeks now, Carol has been a great support and functioned as far more than what you might expect from a hypnotherapist dealing with traumatic memories and stressful life events. I really did not know how much support a hypnotherapist could be. I feel that as we go through the sessions, things that have had extreme negative emotional attachments now do not have the same impact on me. The type of therapy is more than councelling. We talk about the issues and then seperate from the emotional burden. I feel so much better. Carol conducts herself in a very calming and kind manner.
