I take my dog to the Allestree practice. The staff are really friendly and the vet (a Spanish guy) really went out of his way to soothe my dog before and during her examination.
We’ve been using Saint Leonard Vet Centre in Allestree since we had our Dog 4 years ago, Karl and his team have been fantastic supporting our dog with Grass Allergies, (and our cat, who loses a few fights). Maraide, Louise and the whole team are so friendly, they make you feel at home the moment you walk through the door. More recently our second dog has been diagnosed with epilepsy, Sam has taken the time to explain and reassure us, educating us on all treatment options. We couldn’t wish for a more person/dog centred approach to all care that we’ve received. A big thank you to Karl, Sam and everyone at Saint Leonards, we really appreciate the care and compassion you have given us.
Excellent service, very caring. Highly skilled. Did wonderful surgery to fix a greyhounds leg . She is a rescue dog whose broken leg bad never had professional help. Karl did a fantastic job and Skye is living a pain free life for the first time in years. Highly recommended

We have been using St Leonard's vet practice since having our dog 3 years ago as a puppy. All of the staff are excellent and always welcoming when we visit. (Lola always enjoys a biscuit or two). We are on the gold plan which saves us quite a lot of money over the years. She's had quite alot of tummy issues which Karl and his staff have identified and now she's on excellent medication which has worked wonders! Thanks guys for everything. Would always recommended Karl's surgery!
An excellent little surgery! Karl and his team looked after my little dog extremely well, for which I can't thank them enough. The set-up and facilities are first rate. They even allowed me to use their photocopier whilst I was waiting, although I felt guilty for doing so afterwards when I was told the extortionate monthly cost they have to pay for it! Thanks again guys!
Great veterinary practice. I have previously used them in their central practice but wanted to try out the new facilities. They are modern, clean and the staff were fantastic. I saw the head vet who had a great patient manner. He arranged for a prompt biopsy for our dog and phoned me with the results as soon as he got them. Amazing service. Keep up the legendary work.
