Rachel is excellent at what she does, very professional & friendly. I have been having electrolysis, which Rachel recommended to me when I questioned what were my options for hair removal & this has been working really well.
I have been attending appointments with Rachel for numerous months to get electrolysis and the results are absolutely amazing. Rachel is so pleasant and easy to talk to i would highly recommend this to anyone that thinking of this. Her professionalism and attention to detail is first class.

Rachel is a true professional put me at ease straight away. Was very thorough checking my health and skin conditions. First professional to advise against laser treatment with full explanation for which I’m truly grateful for unlike a few I won’t mention. Full explanation of the wax’s she was using and why. I cannot recommend Rachel enough first time I’ve laughed through a waxing treatment but at same time feeling completely in safe hands.
Visited the shop to help with red thread veins, which I've had on my face for several years. Rachel gave me laser treatment and also treated a small blood spot at the same time. Both issues were sorted in just one visit, I'm so pleased. Thanks
