   A professional, clean and friendly clinic. The staff are always at hand to help and every session has been quick and easy. Special thanks to Mandeep, who is very knowledgeable, warm and accommodating - she’s made me feel at ease on my first laser treatment! She has gone above and beyond to create treatment plan and informed me of expiry date on my treatment. I have also brought their aftercare and one of the best brand I have used for skincare and gave me really good results 4 weeks after using. Highly recommend this salon. 10/10

   I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. The receptionist was condescending and gave the impression they disliked their job. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was unwelcoming. To make matters worse, they kept changing my appointment time without proper notice or explanation. In a customer-facing business, basic respect and professionalism should be non-negotiable. Even when things go wrong, staff should know how to handle situations with empathy and courtesy. Sadly, that was completely lacking here. I hope this feedback encourages them to reflect and improve, because no customer deserves to be treated this way. I’ll be sharing my experience across platforms to help others make informed decisions.

   Had my 1st session with Laser Clinics UK and I’ve seen a huge difference with my hair. One of the staff, Evie, did my 1st and 2nd sessions and she is really kind and accommodating. She always makes sure I’m comfortable. She even taught me how to properly shave down there since it’s my first time to do this. She also recommended what type of razors/shave shall I use. She reminded me the important things I need to do after having laser like exfoliating. I always have a great time with them making sure I am not nervous and making sure mu experience is always pleasant :) Thank you again Evie and Laser Clinics UK :)

   Hi. I started to get Laser Hair Removel from Laser Clinic branch in Derby around August this year and it has been the best investment ever. I actually went yesterday for my 4th full body treatment and couldn't believe I haven't already written a review. The Laser is so effective and comfortable when used on the skin. Apart from the laser itself, the service from the 5 wonderful ladies is first class. They never fail to make you feel comfortable especially during full body laser which can be daunting. The ladies always make sure they can fit you in if you need to re-schedule and are so so friendly to everyone of all backgrounds. Above all, they are honest and will make sure to only reccomend something if it is safe for your skin rather than pressuring you to buy a deal for the sake of making money. I don't have to worry about the level of service being compromised between the technicians, they are all equally wonderful, polite and efficient. I've reccomended my aunty and one of my cousins who love them as much as I do and have nothing but good things to say. Can't wait to get more sessions and then start going for Hydrafacials. Sana

   The staff seem nice enough but I’m not sure how to feel about the consultation I had. I went in assuming to talk about burst capillary laser removal, acne scaring, that kind of thing. I was advised micro needling (which I had, it didn’t work) and hydro facial, which is fine, however I sat about 2 meters away from the consultant who didn’t seem that interested in looking at what was going on with my face. Left feeling quite disappointed.

   I had my first hydro facial by the lovely lady named B, I was very nervous as I had never had one before and didn’t fully know what it involved. B was fully knowledgeable and made me feel so at ease and explain everything to me and before each step so I new what to expect. I was super comfortable and they had a great music playlist for me to listen aswell which I loved (90s r&b) My skin felt amazing after, so clean and fresh as well as my pores appeared smaller and less congested. I would definitely recommend this type of facial for all skin types due to how thorough it is! Thank you for a lovely experience:)
