   What’s with the 2.6 star rating? Our experience definitely deserves 5 stars and nothing less. The centre was clean and well laid out. We were seen to pretty quickly. No 20 plus minutes wait time. A big shoutout to these amazing ladies Hayleigh M, Mariam A and Shaswati. What a fantastic team! The team were calm, extremely courteous, patient, professional and had a wealth of information to share about our pearly whites. They didn’t rush or cut corners to move onto the next patient. That’s what you call exceptional service with a smile. I can truly say my phobia of going to the dentist is now over and I’m looking forward to booking an appointment. Well done!

   Today, my son had an appointment and we were made to wait for 20 minutes beyond the scheduled time. This is not the first instance of such delays. Previously, we had to wait for 30 minutes past the appointment time. These repeated delays are both frustrating and unacceptable. I understand that occasional delays can happen, but the consistent disregard for appointment times indicates a lack of respect for your patients' time and a serious issue with the practice's scheduling system. As a community dental service, I expect a higher standard of customer service and punctuality. I urge you to address this issue promptly and ensure that appointments are honored as scheduled. Improving your scheduling and communication processes would greatly enhance patient satisfaction and trust in your services.

   I had always heard the reputation of this dentist surgery growing up in luton, but after first-hand experience, I was ill-advised into making life changing decisions for the better. supposedly, that ended in consequences beyond repair for the speedy, inexperienced dental care I received. I can not warn you enough against trusting the words of so-called professionals that i have been told since I should never have had treatment as it wasn't necessary, and the consequences of their damage caused in treatment are beyond irreversible!

   I was at the clinic with my daughter today, she had been feeling very bad for 4 days, she have a fever and a terrible cough and chest pain, We have apoitment with doctor I.B. He checked her and found that it was a virus and she dont need any things for it. But through my experience, I know that her cough sounds very serious, but the doctor said that her lung are clean, and he dont prescribe anything. Straight after visiting Liverpool clinic, we went to the Luton walking center after an hour of waiting my daughter was examined by a doctor and he found that she have bed chest infections and she need antybiotic So my questions is why the doctor from liverpool clinic left us with nothing, if I trust him propobly my doughter will finish this night in hospital. This is not first time when that men left me without medicin to my child last time my son have chest infections and I hear same thing,, he will be ok after few days,, and what my son finish with serious infection and antybiotic from different doctor. I WILL Never GO TO THAT CLINIC AND TRUST that DOCTOR AGAIN.

   this surgery is the worst surgery. When I was diagnosed that my sugar level is high my gp could not be contact at all for 2 weeks and i litrally had to beg them to prescribe me medication.. they most of the time delay appointments where the waiting is close to one hour but I went late for once and other time I was waiting in the queue by the time i reached the desk i was late than 10 mnts and I was told to go. this is ridiculous.. but on the same day another lady was waiting for one hour for her appointment. People dont care and this is a private company by the way. they do a horrible job. In 4 months my GP was changed 5 times as people were leaving or they recruit young doctors who have to some practice time and then they leave..
