    Don't even go there, the doctor don't have idea what she is doing, AI gave me more accurate diagnosis, doctor was wrong 3 times, and spread false informations.

    I had a phone call prior to my appointment, it went amazingly. I then show up to my appointment a few days ago and I had no support from the doctor, I am disabled and they knew. It is not a very nice environment the doctor was horrible and made me feel uncomfortable, it’s not ‘my body my choice’ it’s more like ‘your body my choice’ to these people. All i wanted was to be taken off birth control too. Very disappointed.

    I didn’t have the best experience on the phone during my telephone consultation (26/09/24 at 11:24). It started off normal but when asked why I struggled with consistently getting the medication I needed I was met with a long rant arguing that I had absolutely no excuse and that she knew about my experiences more than me despite me asking her to stop and continue with the consultation and get me the medication she kept going despite me telling her it was upsetting me. It has left me crying and feeling very stupid and incapable which is not what people should be feeling after a very personal consultation with a sexual health clinic. They need to do better. I appreciate getting my appointment in the end but I shouldn’t have had to go through that.

    I had my implant removed by a lovely woman called Gladys and she was absolutely amazing! From the initial phone consultation right up to me leaving the clinic she was tremendously warm and friendly and made me feel super comfortable despite being extremely frightened and anxious! the removal was quick and painless and I was kept well informed the entire time of what was going on. There was another gentlemen present and helping who, unfortunately I did not get the name of, but he was also extremely cheerful and compassionate and had a great attitude! I am really thankful to them both for making it such a comfortable and stress free experience:)

    Continuously disappointing, all the 1 star reviews are true. I was number 1 for almost 10mins to be told i have to wait 10 days for a phone consultation this is after being told yesterday i should call first thing in the morning for an appointment. I called first thing, the phone didn’t even ring. When i called again later in the day, the call dropped as a waited, i called back immediately to have my issue delayed for a further 10 days. If you’re in need these are not the people to call. I called another service straight after closer to where i work in London. I will be having a phone consultation sometime today. My call was answered in 3mins and the lady i spoke to was very helpful. This service is so poor it’s heartbreaking, especially when thinking of young people who can’t do what I’ve done.

    Why it’s so hard to book an appointment? Time slots aren’t available online. You need make a call, then when you call you’ll be waiting for hours long. Terrible service.

    I don’t understand how it’s so difficult just to get through. A number of times I’ve called through at opening, been number 2 or 3 in the que and simple not had my call picked up. After an hour hung up to call through again to be number 5, that number decreases rapidly, then I’m no1 again for an age, for the call to then go into engaged tone. I don’t think these calls are getting answered, people are just giving up! How is this fair for those who ONLY can receive service here because our GP’s no longer do them. If you know there is the demand, accommodate for that and answer the phones!

    Mary at reception needs retraining. Cold and uncaring shouldn’t be the first point of call at a clinic. The phone system needs updating. I called using two phones. The first was on hold for an hour with no answer the second got answered in 20mins so the que system does not work. Totally unfair.

    I was lucky to get a slot for an initial telephone consultation within a few days and while the call was 40 minutes late (reason for one less star), when the call came through I felt that it was thorough and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. At the clinic, I was seen on time and my appointment was conducted quickly and professionally. The staff who saw me were really accommodating and friendly and put me completely at ease. I brought my baby with me who woke during my appointment and cried and the staff were so lovely and were happy for me to take some time to settle the baby. The air conditioning during this heat wave was a plus too!
