“Arranged for my travel insurance quote on line and was pleasantly surprised with the lower prices compared to other companies. I needed £7200 cancellation cover and had two quotes, however, I had a query and phoned Avanti and spoke to a very pleasant lady, who then went through my quote with me and then pointed out that the cancellation cover was per person, which meant that I did not have to have the higher level of cover, which saved me around £100. Very good service, very pleased all round and recommend Avanti for travel insurance if you are in the over 70's age bracket.”

“I just wanted to acknowledge the amazing experience we had with Acorn House recently when our little dog Bailey had to have eye surgery and a dental scale and polish. The day of the surgery was positive and well managed and we had our boy home quickly. Unfortunately he was anxious and unsettled afterwards and managed to get his stitch out. All staff were amazing, patient and very helpful and supportive. I would highly recommend.”

The reception staff overheard me comforting my 3 year old son saying we would be back to collect them (he was scared they wouldn’t come home because last time we was at this branch we left without our darling Marvin as he didn’t make his car accident) The reception staff were amazing. They asked my son for his name and what our kittens names are. Promised to take pictures of them when awake and eating and send over to me. They even put FOA: of my son’s name in the subject of the email. This will be something I’m forever grateful for. The overall experience with my cats being spayed and process was amazing. I honestly would recommend Boness everyday of the week to pet carers!”

James & Claire (owners) offer a 5 star service from personally welcoming you at each session and escorting from the private car park to the pool, and back after, to ensuring the whole journey is as smooth as possible. The grounds and pool area are kept in pristine condition and welcoming, with great small added touches i.e towels and bath robes, to hot drinks and biscuits for after your session. “Like many people I was a little apprehensive when visiting a physio for the first time. Let's face it, for those of us not blessed with a Hollywood body, the thought of being prodded by a stranger can be a little disconcerting. I shouldn't have been worried as Eileen has proven to be thoroughly professional and a very effective physiotherapist. She is very easy to talk to and instantly put me at ease. Unlike some businesses, she answers emails in a very timely manner and is easy to get hold of on the phone. She is always very accommodating when it comes to appointments which is very useful for those who work odd hours. Eileen also explained in simple terms what was injured and how I can stop it happening again whilst dealing with the immediate discomfort that I was suffering. She also offered me some advice on how to prevent other injuries whilst running, something that wasn't required but very much appreciated. I doubt I would have got this level of service anywhere else and I thoroughly recommend her service to everyone.”

“I saw Melanie with my crippling sciatica. Had it 25 years ago but it returned! Mel was excellent, totally professional, extremely knowledgeable and very effective. After around 6 sessions, I am fully back to normal. 100% again now. I experienced some pain AFTER the first two sessions, but did not miss a day at work at any time. Mel kept me well enough to keep at my job as a heating engineer throughout my treatment. She never even mentioned my embarrassing weight or awful lifestyle which consists of work, sleep, and watching F1! Really recommend this lady. She really can work minor miracles! Costs are very very reasonably. Well within the range of anyone who really has no time to wait for an awful NHS experience where you never actually get to see an actual physio-type person.
