    I definitely recommend Paddock Pool Hydrotherapy, a great and better route to recover from an injury or post surgery, as I had ACI knee surgery (stem cell surgery) I was amazed how quickly my recovery progressed since starting hydrotherapy, and have had Debbie, Kate and Louise treating me, (mainly with Debbie), I am so grateful how much Debbie has improved my knee movement etc. They are all lovely, very knowledgeable and keen to help you and recovery. It's worth it, and also to mention the owners are so kind and helpful in every way. Thank you all for this amazing service!

    A fantastic facility and service. Both Louise & Kate have been excellent at helping with my recovery, always welcoming, very knowledgeable, and accommodating. James & Claire (owners) offer a 5 star service from personally welcoming you at each session and escorting from the private car park to the pool, and back after, to ensuring the whole journey is as smooth as possible. The grounds and pool area are kept in pristine condition and welcoming, with great small added touches i.e towels and bath robes, to hot drinks and biscuits for after your session. Highly recommend!

    I have just completed my hydrotherapy following a total hip replacement 14 weeks ago. I cannot recommend the paddock pool enough. The facilities are top notch and everyone is so welcoming and knowledgeable. Kate has been superb, very informative and encouraging, helping me to reach my goals of swimming a mile, climbing snowdon and getting back to my full time job.     Kate is so fantastic in more ways than I can explain. She is compassionate, intuitive and really mindful of the bodies limits. Kate is a true professional and it's so rare to have that level of competency whilst also being so approachable, spending time explaining things and being so encouraging. I'm still at the start of my healing process but I feel incredible after each session. It provides such hope which is vital in these times where the NHS just can't keep up with the needs of injured or patients with chronic pain as it's not dealt with in a timely manner. The pool and changing areas are immaculate and the waiting areas and surroundings are stunning and encourage relaxation being so close to nature, the owners are also Incredibly kind, warm and encouraging.
