After doing some research about skin tag removal, I found the Nurse Clinics details and called to check that she could do what was needed, before making an appointment. The location itself is great, easy to find and plenty of parking in lovely surroundings. The clinic is very clean, and professional, details of all services offered are viable and the prices of treatments are very reasonable. Linda the receptionist was very helpful, polite and friendly when we arrived on the day. Donna was incredibly professional and friendly, explaining to my anxious husband how she was going to treat him. The procedure was over with very quickly and basically painless (my husband confirmed!). We were given aftercare advice and are very please that we discovered the Nurse Clinic and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thank you Donna!
As a first time client I had an amazing experience and have already recommended the clinic to my parents and husband. I would also be happy to bring my teen children should the need arise. Everything about my procedure was explained to me beforehand and talked through as it was taking place. This helped me feel less apprehensive about the required treatment and was really pleased with the end result.
Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Donna was so lovely with my 12 year old son, making him feel comfortable straight away. Would absolutely recommend her services, especially for children.
I was aware that both of my ears needed to have the ear wax removed, but with the NHS having not provided the service for some time now, I wasn't at all sure about "going private". Finally came across The Nurse Clinic, which was very local for us (my wife also had the same ear trouble), so we booked ourselves in. Any concerns we maybe had about the nature of the treatment were gone very quickly thanks to Donna's kind & friendly welcome. Excellent service This the most efficient and friendly practice that I have experienced for ear wax removal. Donna is very professional, her advice was excellent. I’ve had problems in the past with ear wax removal but this was a totally different experience. Highly recommended - thank you Donna
Donna is so lovely and made me feel very comfortable during my appointment. I had very blocked ears due to wax build up and couldn’t hear properly, she completely cleared them using the suction machine which was so quick and pain free and my hearing is better than ever!! Couldn’t be happier and highly recommend
It’s nice to find someone who is both accessible and professional. Car parking is easy and free immediately outside the consulting room. Well worth the cost of a private consultation. Donna has a wealth of experience as-well as being very approachable. I am more than happy to recommend her.
