Ive only ever had one issue and that was with a former partner who's negligence caused muscle atrophy. The then practise manager did her best to discourage a claim and i relented. that was one bad apple ( from my experience) and that should in no way stop you from registering.”

“I was very upset coming to the out of hours vet. I was really worried for my rabbit. I was kindly offered a warm drink and tissues. After sitting in The waiting room one of the vet nurses took the carry case with my rabbit inside without telling me what they were doing with her. This made me more anxious and I had to go to ask reception where she is and why I’ve not been allowed to go with her. Reception then informed me that they give animals time to calm down in a calm room before being seen by the vet. In future if they could warn owners where they are taking their pets prior to consultation it would be great. Then when we had the consultation with the vet he was amazing. He checked her throughly and was very understanding & knowledgable. It is expensive but I understand for the out of hours practise I can’t expect any less. I was satisfied with the care she received. Blossom was given meds for her illness however she sadly passed away a few days after at our local vet. I’m grateful for the extra few days I received from the vet. RIP Blossom. You were so loved and adored”
