I just want to say...a MASSIVE thank you to.castle counselling...I have been seeing one of the counselors for over 18 months ..I won't say who as she would be embarrassed, but she has been ABSOLUTELY AMAZING every step she has been with me ..thru the very buried pain and the hidden abuse, she has helped me so so much to accept the real.me I'm.really blown away !!!..in such a short time in relation to all the years of pain .....all now fading away and believing in me for the 1st time !!!
