She helped me to work through a range of issues and think of coping strategies. She helped me to recognise trigger points in my own behaviour. After finishing my sessions with Claire I have left feeling more positive about myself and with more clarity on my life. Claire is warm, welcoming and someone who I found to be down to earth and relatable. The space she provides for her sessions is comfortable and private. I would strongly recommend Claire as a counsellor and if I had things I needed to talk through in the future I would definitely book in some sessions again.
