From the first contact with Tina, to Jen and Katie with my children, and Doug with me and my husband, the whole process was relaxed and to such a high standard. I have required pretty complex dental work over the years and Doug Rider is simply the best dentist I have come across, to the extent that I now make the journey all the way from London to Bedford to see him. I will not have anyone else touch my teeth. Doug is familiar with all the latest cutting edge treatments and yet has a conservative approach trying to minimise unnecessary dental work. He is patient, kind and understands the psychological impact of dental issues. He is extremely knowledgeable and you always feel like you are in the best and gentlest hands possible.
