My sons tongue tie was treated here when he was 3 weeks old. We found everyone from the Dr who performed it to the nurses who assisted to the receptionist who booked it in for us to be so kind and considerate and made the experience so easy.
I was referred to the Shakespeare Centre by my dentist for a procedure that he advised required more specialist skills. My treatment was carried out by Mr Shadid. At each step in the process, he fully explained the necessary steps and the expected outcomes. I was very pleased with the overall outcome. Mr Shadid is a very skilled and professional dental surgeon and made the whole process seem a lot less stressful than it might otherwise have been. All the staff at the Centre were genuinely caring and friendly. I would 100% recommend Mr Shadid and his staff.
Truly excellent dentist practice. All of the people I met were charming, friendly and very supportive. The clinical care was superb and I can thoroughly recommend them. If, like me, you are apprehenisve about visiting the dentist, try them and they will put you at ease.
I had a tooth extraction with Mr Simpson and it it feels strange to say it but it was actually a relatively pleasant experience. He was calming and knowledgeable, I felt well taken care of, I left well informed, and the pain the following day was so minimal I stopped taking the painkillers almost immediately. I was very impressed and very grateful. If there's anywhere else more useful to leave a review I would happily do so.
Worst service and rude receptionist, i waited for 1.5 years for a dermo appointment and was cancelled 15 mins before the appointment. When i requested and explained the urgency the receptionst says i dont have time for this i have better things to do. Absolute disregard for patients health and this is mental harrassemnt . My Tax money does not even enable a appointment after 1.5 years shame on the clinic . Help me with the complaints for this clinic
I'm so happy with Dr Anna and how she proceeded with my treatment, I was suffering with a fistula in my chin and none could figure it out, I was always happy to come from London and see her. she's very trustful and always will offer best treatment getting in consideration what you expect. Huge thank you all!

Mr Simpson is hands down the nicest, most professional and incredibly knowledgeable Consultant I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. If you have any oral or maxillofacial issues or concerns he is 100% the man to see. His diagnosis was absolutely spot on, the surgery was expertly performed and his team of nurses were lovely. It was something I was dreading, but it actually turned out to be a very positive experience and I'm genuinely very grateful to him. I can not recommend him highly enough!!
