   Just been to the Castle Road practice for my 2nd round of treatment - everyone there is always so professional yet friendly and efficient. However Remzie is by far the best dentist I've ever had, incredible - calms and relaxes you and explains, plus has a great breathing technique. Previously I've tried 3 other dental practices and hated every aspect, consequently didn't see a dentist for 13 years. However mydentist at Castle Road are so good that you don't actually mind going,

   I can only agree with all the previous positive comments about this practice and I’m so happy that I am a valued patient here. I have a few complications that most dentists would probably be glad to see the back of. Not this one. They’re always completely reassuring and accommodating and my dentist Asha always takes the time to go through what I can to mitigate the risks to my dental health that are posed by my personal circumstances. The hygienists and also the reception staff are also thoroughly excellent, polite and efficient. Never waited for more than a minute or two over my scheduled appointment time too. Just thoroughly excellent service and care.

   I cannot fault this outstanding practice. Reception is warmly welcoming, helpful and efficient. The dental care I receive feels truly personalised. There's always time to discuss options and their pluses and minuses. I feel I am a valued patient and that there is a genuine concern for my dental health. In a word - lovely!

   Went to My Dentist, Castle Road for the first time last week. It was the most welcoming and comfortable dentist I have ever attended. I was greeted by Steven on the front desk who I had a lovely chat with. I sat down for barely a couple minutes before being called up by Asha. Asha was informative, professional and friendly. She talked me through the whole process with recommendations to take home. Great experience. Credit to Steven and the team.

   I have been seen at this dental practice since My Dentist took over. I have never had a problem getting an appointment and the staff are always friendly. The dentists I have seen have been efficient and have discussed any problems I have had. On two occasions I have been referred on and this has been done very quickly. I would not look to go anywhere else and would recommend them to other people.

   If going to the dentist can ever be a pleasure, you will find it here! Dr Hiral Doshi is so kind and considerate, explains clearly, does not rush you. In fact the whole team are great, assistant and receptionist too. I have had 85 years! of going to the dentist and have not had better treatment anywhere.
