My wife keeps getting SMS messages and a letter reminding her to book routine appointment even though we have NEVER registered at Mydenists Bedford. This is a fraud activity which I have reported to the police and will be taking legal action.
shouldn't be able to give any stars to this dental practice! losing my mother's dentures and then sending her letters to say they never had them! Now she has to fork out more money to have them again! been waiting since this morning for a call back and was told 5-10 minutes! it is now 3pm! seriously l, this dental practice needs closing down and have better staff. ridiculous!!!! I will be on the phone to you again and I will make sure I'm not off until I speak to someone higher than a petty manager who sits behind a desk and does nothing!
I have recently joined here and cannot speak highly enough of the service I have received! My dentist and hygienist made the whole experience actually pleasurable, it is by far the nicest dentist I have been too!
I suffer from anxiety and saw Ali he was amazing made me feel comfortable I hadn’t been to a dentist in over 15 yrs due to my anxiety I highly recommend him I’m a nhs patient and he also treated my 21 yrs son who has autism and r rarely leaves home he was very patient and so understanding With us both now we are both happy to go to see Ali on a regular basis The receptionist is also very kind and helpful Best dentist in Bedford
As someone who suffers with severe dental anxiety I hadn’t been to the dentist in a shamefully long time. Today I had my first appointment for a filling with Dr. Paul and his assistant Shabnam and they were absolutely wonderful! They are so kind and patient and very friendly it made my whole experience so relieving and the dental work is absolutely fantastic. I honestly couldn’t be more grateful. Big thank you to you all and the lovely receptionists!
My family recently visited mydentist in Howard street Bedford. I would like to thank all the staff for their professionalism. We were treated with dignity and respect. I cant wait to go back for our next appointment Keep up the good work.
Excellent dentist (Vinod Paul) who explained everything very clearly and made sure that I was comfortable. Very Helpful reception staff too. Would recommend highly.
I saw the hygienist Sarah and Karen. Both were very friendly, personable and can make a strange experiences like having someone poke around in your mouth feel as relaxed as it possibly can. Not only was I really happy and surprised with the results, both Sarah and Karen were lovely ladies to speak with a spend an hour with. Before leaving I booked in my 6 month follow up. My dentist is polite, friendly and seems as gentle as dentists can be. However the receptionist here is the main selling point. She is jolly, friendly and efficent with the paperwork but above all spends time sorting you out (she was very helpful sorting out a man whilist I was waiting as well). Having been subject to my fair share of snotty receptionists this lady is a breath of fresh air.
My girlfriend and daughter use this dentist. She says they are brilliant. Very patient and caring, while professional. GF had never had a filling before and was nervous, they were very calm and reassuring. Also our little girl went at a year old and they reassured her too, telling her to roar like a lion to ease her and make it seem like a game. Plus she got a sticker at the end! Overall they are fantastic, making patients feel completely at ease and doing a perfect job.
