I visited Kai-Ti for the first time yesterday, I experienced a really professional and friendly appointment, the instructions and advise given were explained really well and as a result I have seen an almost immediate improvement, overall a really good experience and highly recommended.
Mum visited Kai-ti for the first time this week and had a great experience. Very professional but personalised attention and a great improvement in just one visit. I’ve been coming to see Katie for osteopathy treatment for years now and I will never stop singing her praises or recommending her to friends and family. Katie has not only treated myself but also my husband and children multiple times. She is thorough, knowledgeable and sensitive to your needs. The clinic spaces at both Biddenham and Brampton are warm and inviting - easy to get to and park too. Katie has always given lots of advice for self help and recommendations for how much treatment may be needed. As someone with a number of chronic illnesses it’s a breath of fresh air to see a health practitioner who not only listens but also empathises with how I feel. I always feel better after seeing Katie and receiving treatment and will continue to do so for as long as possible. Thanks again Katie, you are a superstar x

Fantastic on all counts. Have a problem with my feet and after my 1st treatment yesterday, today haven't felt any pain and can walk properly for the 1st time in years. I was also quite nervous and was made to feel completely at ease. Wish I could give 6 stars!
Following a hip replacement I am attending the 'hip, knees and lower body' classes with Charlotte to build up wasted muscle. The classes are small which means that you get pretty much individual attention to ensure that you are carrying out the exercises correctly. This together with details of exercises to be carried out at home ensure an ongoing recovery plan. A great way to get back to full strength with an excellent and very positive therapist.
Very efficient. Friendly service. Would highly recommend.
