Would 100% recommend. I suffered with chronic back pain and sciatica for a few years and was unable to do the things I loved like running and hockey (along with normal day to day things). Thanks to Nav I am now back to my normal self and was able to have a pain free pregnancy.

This was my first time ever seeing a chiropractor, and I’m so glad I chose Paula. I felt a difference very quickly, and after just a handful of sessions the improvement has been amazing. I was quite nervous but she made me feel completely comfortable, and for the first time in years the tension in my chest caused by surgery has started to release. Highly recommended!
I’m dr Nav old patient and I traveled from Cambridge just to see him as I injured myself. I preferred to go back to him as he know me, have my records and my full trust. We discussed my injury, I was examined and got treatment according to my issue along with advices what exercises I can do to help myself in long run. It was grate experience. I got warm welcome. It’s really friendly place, everyone is kind and helpful. Most important I’m pain free! Wow visited for the first time and was Warmley greeted. The physio was very understanding in knowing my needs and how many sessions ect can't wait to continue working on getting my health somewhat pain-free. Thank you all at AMI so far.
I really struggled with a sharp pain in my back and shoulder but after only 3 treatments I already feel so much better,the pain is gone already and in general i just feel better plus I still have a few more treatments to go. The staff there are friendly and very knowledgeable in their job. Definitely a plus to them.
I have been seeing Michael for several weeks now and honestly going into this I was very sceptical about how they could help me. I’ve had chronic back pain for years. Michael has been fantastic, very informative and not only has the pain subsided following sessions I’m a lot more conscious of my posture etc and making the effort to correct bad habits. I cannot recommend Michael highly enough.
My family and myself have been using AMI Clinic for nearly two years now. I have started off with going to Navin for chiropractic appointments. He saved me from pain and suffering that I have endured most of my life because of issues with my back. When Ping has joined the clinic I also decided to try a full body sports massage. Ping truly has magical powers in her hands! Both treatments have been extremely helpful and effective. I don’t suffer anymore with migraines, lower back pain and stiff neck. Also my 6 year old son has regular appointments with Nav to help with his growth-spurts and making sure that his back is properly maintained.
