Beautiful nails … I love them ….:) the nail technician was very friendly and professional… didn’t hurry the procedure, took his/her time to my satisfaction. This was my 3rd time to have my nails done and no doubt will be visiting again In future.. thank JJ Nails xx :)

Just had my nails done in JJ Nails Sandy. I wanted a Christmas design and it was done perfectly. Very pleased. Been here many times.

I normally don’t write reviews but this time I have to.Went there for a first and last time. The first thing I noticed was an overwhelming smell of acetone (much much stronger than in other places I’ve been). Then the man was doing my nails but I felt he was annoyed or upset or in a rush. His fingers were dirty and sticky from gel and it was transferred to my hands and fingers…. Also It was so dirty there! Never seen any such a dirty beauty place like this before ( in the county and abroad!).It looked like nobody was sweeping the floor for a week, the workinch desks were full of dust…and platic nails cut. My nails were not made well, are breaking after a week. And the price wasn’t competitive, was same or similar to other much nicer places. Won’t be going there again.

Got one colour and chrome powder. Initially wanted french tips but after seeing how uneven my nails were shaped i opted for only one colour. The general quality of the nails is poor and there is extra acrylic underneath the nail which was not removed. Nail preparation was satisfactory and the overall quality of the nails is poor. Would not recommend this salon if you want good quality extensions for their high prices (paid £38 for simple acrylic, not gel polymer). Seriously disappointed with the standard of service.

I am new to the area and dont have my nails done often. I looked up nail salons near me and found this one was closest. I looked online but couldnt find any prices so called and asked for a price for a ''Gel pedicure'' I was told £26.50 I thought this was very reasonable and confirmed if it included taking hard skin off and the lady said it did. I went in at the agreed time and the salon was fairly quite. I sat at the table next to 2 other customers before being shown to the back room. The man who was doing my pedicure was very good and i was happy with what he had done. As i was leaving i was thinking i would give a tip and leave £30 as i was pleased. As i got my purse out he said £36.50. I was confused and explained i was told £26.50. They said that is for normal polish not Gel. I said i had called and speciffically asked for the price of Gel nails. He spoke to the lady behind me in Vietnamese and the other customers in the shop were all staring at me, I felt very uncomfortable and bad so paid and left. I sent them a message on facebook the next day and i havent had a reply. I felt cheated as i speciffically asked before i went in and then was asked for more money. I had hoped that i might go back for a manicure in a couple of weeks but now feel a bit scammed.

Had my nails done here 4 times with varied results, first was absolutely amazing, second and third was acceptable but forth was appalling, said at the time it was poor, one layer of acrylic nail polish, said I wanted acrylic nails put on but said I didn’t need it and being quite shy I went with what they said, the day after one nail broke in half, very painful, think it depends on who you get? Will never go back as you can book an appointment but will wait all the same amount of time as if you walk in but basically yes you can get 5 star nails or no star nails depending on who you end up with

Good nails, friendly, however the shop is *incredibly* messy and you could also see out to the back of the shop where people were living. What looked like family members wandering through the shop all speaking own languages, no problem with that except you can tell when they talk about the customers. Lovely polite staff though and gave me what I needed to have done.

Got a full set cuticles weren’t done and after a week it looked like I had a months worth of growth , second occasion I got my nails done and one broken after a week , they said they would fix for free which they did but it wasn’t shaped the same design doesn’t match , didn’t flatten the acrylic properly so has been left bumpy and just appear to not care about what they are doing.
