   I have been going to Galaxy for a few years now and multiple times I have had to go back to get either a new set because the first one was awful (the red set) and half my nail underneath was chiseled to bits. This was purely as they was local and open late enough so I can go after work. I had the brown gels done on Friday evening, Sunday night they’d started chipping at the sides. Went back Monday to get it fixed. Then yesterday evening (Tuesday) they started to lift and peel? (Seen in 3rd photo) and then Wednesday even more and they look wet almost? Have reached out the salon asking for a refund and they have said they don’t refund and want me to go back to get these sorted. I will not be returning back for sure and will find another shop. They have gone down-hill since I first went years ago and I’m not sure why.

   I would not recommend, I went to get gel nails done and a week later they started peeling off. I called them and arranged for them to fix them and on the phone they agreed to do it free off charge. When I got to the shop they tried to charge me and said it is my nails that caused the gel to peel off. I have got gel nails done several times and they do not peel off after a week. If you want to get gel nails I do not recommend them to do them as the a quick to peel off compared to other nails shops in Biggleswade. If you are to complain they blame the customer and do not take accountability!

   I walked in without an appointment and was seen straight away. I showed them what syle and design I wanted and they 'nailed' it. Absolutely in love with my nails which I wanted to have done as a nod to my mum for her funeral. She would have loved the colour and design.

   Massively regret getting my nails done here, first and last time. My nails was not done how I wanted, and not painted (which was included in the price) and I was going on holiday so I didn’t have time for them to re do them all again. I have had them on a week now and I can honestly say these are the worst set of acrylics I have ever had. I would advise not going here. I have read your answer to the review I left, i called after to come back and you had no space. I couldn’t come the next day because you didn’t open early enough before my flight. I will stick by what I said in saying these acrylics were awful regardless of the colour. I also went home and left this review because yourself and your staff had a horrible attitude in a shop with customers. You are all very rude and do not like criticism at all, you were in the wrong and I am warning customers before they made the same mistake as I did, I wish I read the reviews first as I’m clearly not the first person.

   Awful experience. Could only have the nails on for two days because of the pain, they didn’t fit me properly & cost over £40. They didn’t care and charged me extra for removal, they were rude & unprofessional. Never again!!

   I absolutely love my nails, very natural looking, beautiful, and I had terrible build up nails from another shop and the guys from Galaxy nail bar fixed them. Very nice people, will definitely be my go to nail shop.

   Had just been to another nail salon and they had done a terrible job so i went to galaxy nail bar and they made my nails look amazing! they were super nice and fast at doing them and my nails looked exactly like the photo i showed! i bit one of them off by accident in about 5 days and i went back to get it redone and they didn’t charge me. love this place

   I paid £47 for Full Set of Acrylics with Gel Colour and Toes Painted In Nail Polish last Wednesday (6th July) just revisited due to four nails falling off only 9 days later and they charged another £8 and the nails were extremely blocky and different shape. I questioned it but I was left to pay and deal with it. I will be finding another nail bar now after their reply is extremely rude and unprofessional!
