   Extremely unprofessional and fraudulent. I went there to get some medication for thrust, and the staff recommended some medication ( A tablet and a cream), which was advertised for £10.53. When I went to the till, they said it was £19.84. I said you have advertised it for £10 something, she said no, it is some other medication, it may have been a mistake. I agreed to it somehow and paid that amount, and came home. When I came home, I took the pill, and when I was looking for the cream to apply, it wasn't there in the box!. I went again, she checked other boxes ( Even in them I noticed the cream was not there), however, they asserted the cream was there in the other boxes. They agreed to give me another cream, saying it was 'more expensive than what you bought and its the same cream and bigger'. The size of the cream, or the price, is not relevant; they sold me an incomplete medication, and it is their duty to replace it with the same product. Yes, I used the tablet, but does it devoid from their liability to exchange me with a different product? I don't understand how these people conduct fair and equitable business. The first thing to be taught is customer rights. In summary things that I noticed which were really unfair by me ; 1. Advertising for £10. something, selling it at the Till for £19.49, and acting as if it's such a minor thing. "You know there can be mistakes" 2. Selling me an incomplete product shows their gross negligence and unbothered attitude towards the customers. and replacing it with a different medicine, "Because I had taken the pill already" 3. In this country, people trust pharmacies. If this is how they behave, how can the people place any trust in the institutions? 4. Excessive prices. This product is sold for £10 - £11 in all other places, including Boots and Superdrug. They charged me £19.48 5. The receipt doesn't even say the name of the product you are buying!

   One issue I'm facing here recently is that NO ONE answers the PHONE!!! So annoying having to go in to inquire if my prescription has arrived, then go in again to pick up medication

   My partner and myself went for flu jabs yesterday, I emailed in the morning to ask about an appointment for myself and received a reply right away offering me one at 3pm which I booked. My partner had a 'walk in' jab at about 4:30. The service was second to none, the staff friendly and helpful, the pharmacist was professional and efficient and also a person that can make you feel relaxed. I asked him a couple of questions that I thought might have been silly, he took the time to answer them giving me the impression that there was no such thing as a silly question, which reassured me. I have used This chemist shop a couple of times for over the counter purchases and I would like to say it is a fantastic gem in our area. Many thanks Jim
