I’m so grateful for the speedy help and assistance after my dog managed to eat a battery on Boxing Day. We called and was told to go straight in and we were seen within a few minutes. We were given all the options and told what was happening each step. Our dog was fine and clearly in great hands.

Although expensive - approx Β£350 for an emergency consultation - the whole experience was quick, reassuring and professional. Our dog was in a lot of distress, the phone was answered immediately and we were referred to a location less that half an hour away. We were then seen almost straight away and our dog was treated (including sedation) within two hours. Expensive but worth it - a great team and service.

I had a great experience with Dr. Carrera and her team. She was very empathetic and caring, took time to explain everything clearly, and truly wanted to help. The whole staff was friendly and professional, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I’m really grateful for the excellent care my pet received! Highly recommend this clinic.

From arrival to the practice carrying in our very sick dog to leaving with walking out to come home, we felt completely cared for & grateful for the knowledgeable vet that acted so swiftly to save our dog’s life. The team on reception showed empathy and guided us with regard to insurance use. The regular phone call updates while our dog was in surgery and recovery was so welcomed. Our questions were always answered thoroughly and we don’t feel the staff could have done anything more. Life saving surgery and next steps have all been explained for us to go into a more controlled future.

Sadly an emergency visit which resulted in my furr baby being helped over the rainbow in the early hours. The staff were great, very compassionate and also very clear with what was happening. I was an emotional mess as you can well imagine. The staff were lovely and made sure I was okay before driving home.

Do NOT take your rabbits here. 2 separate occasions took rabbit in as was ill, each died hours after being in Northampton vets now’s care after being told BOTH TIMES β€œrabbits aren’t dying”. I understand mistakes can be made and no one can predict the future but to of happened twice within the space of a month, and the second vet was extremely rude. I’ve complained the proper way, took 40 WORKING DAYS to get a response and when the lady offered Β£400 refund β€œ equaling the value of the out-of-hours consultation fees for both visits.” and I replied with the invoices showing our out of hours consultation fees were Β£296.50 each time totalling Β£593, yet I haven’t had a response yet. I’ve emailed several times, called, left voicemails but nothing. And this has been over the space of a few months. If you have a rabbit I would strongly advise trying to find somewhere else to take it as this branch have no idea how to tell if a rabbit is poorly and they’ll charge you almost Β£300 a time just to tell you that, plus any medication and then extortionate cremation fees and then literally not bother replying to you for months and months (if at all)

Vets Now, Moulton, Northampton site. Firstly many, many thanks for taking care of our pup and getting her well again! Lovely staff - thank you so much to the vets, nurses and receptionist who handled everything calmly, reassured us and made the process easy. Getting twice daily calls from the vet to discuss progress and options was very good. Slight downside for me (and this may be because this was a first time experience for us) we were expecting to get our pup back and be able to take her home directly. She still had a canular in and needed to be seen by our own vet first to be given the ok and have it removed. They were also surprised as she had been given the ok to be discharged. I will feel comfortable that she is in good hands if our pup ever needs to go back

When we took our elderly Border Collie "Louie" to Vets Now, we already had a strong feeling we would be losing him, and it came as such a shock to us that he could deteriorate so rapidly without any warning. The care given to him during his consultation was exemplary, and the Vet "Alissandra" could not have shown him any more compassion. She made sure he very slowly entered his last sleep with no stress or hurry, and in the most dignified way possible. We will forever be grateful for the help given us by Vets Now, and for the way they have, in turn, helped us deal with our devastating loss. RIP Louie.
