   Location isnt to bad 14 is noisy however thats what you get for picking a hotell on the edge of a busy road. On check in we where greeted by a team member named Jordan (I believe) who was so friendly, and helped us on occasion.. Our only complaint was that there was a room in our corridor smoking weed and it stunk out the whole corridor!

   Stayed here overnight to attend a funeral close by and was disappointed. There was no soap in the bath, no towel mat for the floor after getting out the bath/shower and only one hand towel for two people. There was a thick layer of dust behind the tv and took 3 tv remotes before we got one that worked. The room also only had 2 tea bags. These are all basic housekeeping and room prep, which should have been checked before guests checked. There were more tea bags and coffee at reception. However, when I went to get some, there was only 1 tea bag left, and nobody was at reception. The room was a decent size and the bed was comfy. The location wasn't great either. If you wanted to have dinner or drinks you had to drive due to it being behind a motorway service station. Don't get me wrong there was plenty places to eat within a 10min drive. I wouldn't stay here again. I'd rather pay more and get better accommodation.

   Behind the petrol station, lots of parking, rooms are fine, usual quality. Half mile down the road is a big Tesco, cinema, hungry horse pub. Easy access to Kettering plus several surrounding towns

   The parking was good, easy to park our big van, the staff were attentive , helpful, and honest. Room was clean, warm, and comfortable, one of the better main route lodges, special thanks to the ladies who found my wireless headphones. Great job, well done.

   Room smelt of rotten egg. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable. Very poor nights sleep. Bedding was hard and made me itch. Stayed here as it was a good location for a competition locally. The bathroom had hair stuck to the wall behind the door. Only 2 plug sockets on the other side of the room. Also felt as I was being watched all night. Not a great feeling whilst trying to sleep. Easy check in and check out. Although morning receptionist didn’t look impressed whilst the car de iced and I watched with the children in the foyer she sat there looking moody and as if she couldn’t wait to get rid of us at 730am

   I stayed here for a night in this hotel. The restroom was having cigarette smell. Need even a water bottle was given. No toiletries were provided. The hotel is next to very close to Kettering railway station. My room was very next to the storage room and there was sound the whole night.

   The water was barely hot enough. There was no soap. There weren't enough towels - two large towels and one hand towel for a family of two adults and a child. The room looked, smelt and felt clean The staff were welcoming and professional. The parking was fine. The location was convenient. The cost was more than an airport hotel charged us the week before. I think we'll be using the competition next time.
