    Everyone who works here is super friendly and makes you feel welcome. The consultation was very in depth and they make sure you understand and are happy the whole way through, once you’ve had your consultation they get you booked in as soon as possible! My first official appointment was a breeze, checking in on me during to make sure I’m handling it okay and general chat making you feel comfortable during. Treatment - Laser Hair Removal

    Had an appointment with Kea and she made me feel comfortable and judgement-free the whole time. she was very clear and explained everything well whilst also taking the time to listen. At my next appointment she made sure that i was happy and felt physically okay during the procedure.

    I had some β€œwarts” on my nose and back. The doctor took his time identifying what they were, then explained them and their removal process. All of which I was expecting. On the second appointment he removed all three, quickly and with a good β€˜bedside’ manner. He made me feel comfortable and his assistant also was attentive. The reception team was brilliant as well. Thoroughly pleased.

    Well 150 pound for a consultant that lasted no more then 8 - 10 mins and has been a week since some one has got back to me to be able to move to the next stage? Just had a response asking to call them.........shouldn't you be calling me rather than chasing you? all this money for me to be calling to find out what's next. Reception said that Milton Keynes clinic will be in touch but still nothing.

    I came for a laser consultation with Siobhan, she was amazing, I felt comfortable as she is very knowledgeable and such a lovely organised person putting my mind at ease instantly. I proceeded to book my treatment with the payment plan offered. The next day decided to change my area of treatment, therefore no longer required the payment plan. I called the clinic 3 times to speak to the manager, Ruta, all 3 times she was unavailable and I was promised a call back. On the 3rd call I asked for her email address so I could send an email across. I kept my phone close to me all day and evening to not receive a single call or reply to my email with a simple acknowledgement. I then had to call her for the 4th time, explaining my situation and frustration on the phone to the receptionist and finally got through to her. Ruta admitted to seeing my email, however never replied. I then asked for her to cancel the payment plan. I was concerned as to why it had been days since I cancelled and the payment plan company had not even been contacted that I had cancelled my appointment. After having to wait a number of days for any acknowledgement from Ruta via email or phone, I decided to cancel all future appointments and no longer be a client. I had to further email Ruta to get written confirmation that the payment plan had been cancelled and chase her up for the refund of over Β£170 for my deposit which she never mentioned about returning. The point of this review is in no way a negative response to the practitioner as I had a lovely experience with Siobhan. It’s just a shame that the clinics managers lack of response and care is what caused this review.

    I came here to the Northampton clinic for a general consultation with a doctor. We chatted at length about the treatment I was interested in and he advised the treatment wasn't necessary and suggested a dental treatment....the opposite of pushing unnecessary treatments! I was very impressed. This would have been a 5 star review except for their policy of 72 hrs notice of change or cancellation. I don't remember being advised of this when I paid my Β£50 deposit,. I do think 48 hrs would be more helpful as I did have a hospital appointment that was telephoned through 2 days prior to this appointment. I would recommend the Northampton clinic to anyone for genuine impartial advice although as I didn't go on to treatment I can't review on this.

    Found customer service really bad here, was kept waiting in a cue outside during post Covid times, then REALLY rude told I was late, interrupted appointment to cut short. Machines broke twice during use, was told to wait 30 minutes for a different machine to come free. Also actually burnt my skin, and was told i’d been on holiday!! When I obviously hadn’t, am olive skinned! Most girls were friendly though, shame managers attitude let them down.

    Have been using skincare products from sk:n for years and cant recommend them enough. Have also had laser hair removal and tattoo removal over the years with great results. The team are very knowledgeable and put at ease.

    Been going a while for laser hair removal, this was the only bad visit, and it was BAD! Was supposed to have full face, which takes a while. She said she had to do a physical exam, new to me, which involved patting my face then feeling for hairs, which she did with GLOVES ON and somehow forgetting we have to shave before treatment. She did a few random shots under my chin, about three on my chin. She then said I was marked down for just the corners of my mouth, despite already doing the few under my chin and then didn't go any where near the sides or ask me to push that area out with my tongue, which you're supposed to do. She then stopped and I had to tell her to do my upper lip, which she rushed through. She also wouldn't tighten the protective goggles and I had to put my head back to balance them over my eyes because I couldn't use my arm and then they broke in halth. I drove an hour there and an hour back for about 5 minuets worth of pointless treatment for a package that cost me several thousand pounds. To say I am really dissapointed and angry is an understatement. If you read this Skin, I won't accept that tech again. This kind of thing gives me anxity. I don't want to be passed around to different techs, the other ladies were great, never a problem. I only want one tech that I feel comfortable with for the duration of the treatment package and not risk being passed around, inevitably enduring someone who is willing to screw me over because they're angry I exist at all.
