   There is lots of parking , toilets are small, inside there is lots of seating. Sadly the café is a bit rubbish. Yes, maybe expand and add onto the café, you are losing lots of money!

   ​I attended this gym for over two and a half years. That was definitely a year and a half too long. ​Unfortunately, things at this facility are getting worse month by month. Nobody cleans here. The air conditioning is clogged with dust and cobwebs. The floors are cracked. The spa area smells like a Polish public toilet from the nineties. Not to mention that the jacuzzi has been out of order for a good six months. ​You can clearly see that the staff working here come to work only for the pleasure of chatting with their co-workers. It's great they have a good atmosphere at work, but for God's sake, they could do something around the facility or at least put things back in their proper place. But no, they won't do that. ​I strongly advise against this place.

   Jungle soft play is awful. Walk in and the damp, musty, smelly feet smell hits you it’s awful. There’s absolutely no air. It’s like prison with splashes of colour.

   I’ve been a member of WLC for 2 years, never wanted to join a gym class. However, I’ve been attending BabyFit for 14 weeks now with my 6 month old, which is the longest I’ve ever kept up with a gym class. Really enjoy my Monday’s, Charlotte is fantastic and really looks after us all! I’ve also attended one FamilyFit class with my eldest which was made really fun for the kids. Can’t praise Charlotte enough for giving me motivation to come each week. Fantastic class for new mums!

   Small but fun soft play area. Just enough to let kids run of steam after school. Our 3 month old loved the sensory area, whilst our 10year old had fun playing.

3. A Guinea Pigs Life! ★★☆☆☆

   Noisy team of basketball refs take over the health suite changing rooms as lack of facilities, shouting at the top of their voices. The gym is full of people but WLC close the spa at lunchtime. Bizarre! WLC up your game. I have had enough of this low end facility - off to David Lloyd!

   Been a member for 12 years and it really has the feeling that it is being led to the knackers yard for putting down. The final straw has been the closing of the sauna and jacuzzi area for 5 hours between 12 and 5pm. As a shift worker I used to use this area consistently in the afternoons to combat mental health alignment. This has been done with no consultation with members. When questioned about this decision all i am fobbed off with is to go to splashpoint! Have you tried parking at splashpoint ?

   Went to see the kids play area. It's like someone's living room it's thst small. The walls were sweating. Not sure if this was to be mould or from all the small people in there squashed into the tiny room and condensation. But they were wet. Kids toys and plastic balls looked dirty.

   Great facilities for sport activities, good gym, facilities for toddlers with soft play and trampolining. There is a refreashment area and it does have high chairs for use. All activities based on ground floor. Good value for money. Staff friendly and helpful. Can be very busy so book in advance.

   Good gym. Weights room is a bit small and gets crowded at peak times. Also no one ever bother's to enforce putting weights back in the racks or No gym bags on the floor! Which is pretty annoying. Rather expensive for what it is. Day membership is £10 which is ridiculous. Good running track. Used the spa for the 1st time. Not bad.
