I had my first copper coil today which I was very nervous about. Rachel Lee was my doctor and was so patient and loving, really helped ease my nerves. There was another nurse in there aswell to help me through it and couldn’t thank them enough!
Had an amazing experience here today. I didn’t know what to expect. I had bl**d drawn which I usually find very challenging but Kerry was so calm and professional it was the easiest experience I’ve ever had during that type of procedure. I felt safe and secure. Staff were friendly and booking an appt over the phone was easy peasy. Services like this are priceless & life changing. Thank you so much.
I have had great service at the sexual health clinic in Worthing today. Moira gave me vaccines and Maddie took my blood. Both were personable, professional and welcoming. Even having a laugh with me. Need more people like them in the NHS. Thank you to you both!
Just been to my 3rd appointment at this clinic, and every time I go I feel so lucky to live at a time and in a place where these services are free and easily accessible. The booking was very easy, I was given a choice of appointments within a week. When arriving I barely had time to sit down I was called in so fast. The doctors and support staff are all so lovely, I never felt rushed and was given time to ask all the questions I wanted to. I'm very glad I came here for my IUD instead of the GP, sexual health clinics do these procedures so often you feel assured they know what they are doing. Thank you so much to my doctor and the lady who held my hand!
Calm, kind and impressive staff. They took care of me quickly (in terms of my procedure that was the goal for me) but before and during I was nowhere near rushed-had time to ask questions and understand the process. Can't thank the staff that took care of me more for their compassion and skill.
My daughter came in yesturday and i am absolutely distraught with the service she received here. Pointing out my daughters Stretchmarks and also asking my 18 year old if she recently had a baby when she was there to remove her birth control !! I will be reporting this further and i hope the woman is upset with herself this woman was dark skinned with dreads working on friday 1st april this had Impacted my daughter so much and she is now insecure thanks to the woman working i wish we got her name !! She didnt even read the case notes either which would of given her all answer/ she needed instead of being rude to a vulnerable 18 year old! We will not be returning disguting and disappointed to say least
I’ve just phoned up to book an appointment, I’ve been meaning to make for ages & spoken with a gem of a man named Ed. He was personable & professional and organised my appointment in 5 minutes. Many thanks to the lovely Ed.
On the NHS website it says they do walk ins, when you get to the site they say they don’t. They’ll give you a card to call and book an appointment but then they won’t pick up the phone. Jokes.
the receptionists, nurses and doctors are so lovely! i felt unwell after a routine procedure and they were so caring and didn't rush me out the door, offering me as much as they could! quick booking and appointments, kind staff, can't ask for more.
The receptionists, nurses and doctors are lovely, the only problem I had was the long wait, over 2 hours to be seen. I was informed in advance but it would be nice to give appointments rather than work on walk in basis.
