I just made an enquiry this morning about 8am via the website and by 9:15am Dean had taken the time to write a really detailed answer, explaining pros and cons and managing expectations about treatment of a frozen shoulder. Really great customer service and really helpful.
Dean does a cracking job and not just because that is his actual job. He is professional yet approachable and actually listens to what you have to say about how you are feeling. He uses empathy and humour to help you relax which allows for the readjustment to go smoothly. The instant relief every time I have an appointment is amazing. I highly recommend Dean.
Dean has a wonderful combination of contemporary knowledge supported by science, and an innate understanding of the human body and traditional osteopathic principles. He can focus on specific injuries or a whole body approach. His knowledge and clinical skills are excellent and Dean continues to research and study, constantly adding to these. Over the years Dean has helped me with many MSK issues including a steroid injection in my knee which, with exercise, has recovered from complete immobility to full mobility. He is also fun and makes the whole client, clinician encounter easy but effective. I was a registered chiropractor for over 40 years, therefore quite discerning as to whom I trust my aging body to, I’d whole heartedly recommend Dean.
I see Dean regularly for my neck problems, his warm & friendly manner puts you at ease straight away. His clinical knowledge & professionalism are exemplary. I always feel better after seeing him. I recommend Dean to everyone.

The incredibly high skill levels that Dean and his practitioners possess has really transformed my physicality, allowing huge improvement and longevity to my active leisure and work life. With any problems I have presented with, the approach has been not only focused but the bigger picture also analysed, encompassing diet, lifestyle, psychology etc. The range of treatments offered covers every avenue, there always seem to be further options, which is very reassuring, never a dead end. I required an emergency appointment in one instance and I was accommodated the same day, the treatment resulted in nothing short of a miracle, relief is an understatement. I cannot rate Dean’s knowledge and expertise highly enough. I have suffered pain for over five years which has significantly effected my daily life. A round of visits to various specialists did not get to the root cause of the problem and I was simply offered strong pain relief which made me feel woozy and unwell. When I moved to West Sussex I booked to see Dean. He was determined to find the cause of my pain before drawing up a treatment plan for me. Through examination and tests I have received a diagnosis and he is now treating me.
