I reached there 15 minutes late. Staff still accept it and took my car. I was expecting an hour to be finished. Got a call from them just after 15 minutes and the car was ready to pick up!! What a quick and superfast delivery. Even quicker than ordering food from any restaurant!! Staff was polite and humble. Very nice place. Highly recommend.
Great services as usual and a very helpful call during the process to advise on my brakes and how to go about fixing them later on. The only reservation I could find us that I paid in advance for a full EV service and was not given any report as to what was checked and if anything needed doing. Otherwise 5 stars, mainly for the staff
I have always received excellent service from Halfords. Staff are polite, professional and friendly; and the MOT process is speedy and efficient. Their booking system works really well so that you never seem to be kept waiting to hear from them when your car is ready.
Very relaxed experience, dropped off my car for four new tyres, went to Costa Coffee, cought up with all my unanswered emails and messages, 90 minutes passed and car was then ready for collection. Easy peasy. Highly recommended.
I’m really pleased with the work done by this garage. The staff are always nice, professional, and welcoming. Although I think some of the suggested repairs could probably have waited, I appreciate that they explained everything clearly and left the decision to me. What I find especially helpful is that this is the first garage I’ve been to that offers the option to pay for repairs in installments — a great feature when unexpected costs come up. Overall, I’m very satisfied with their service and would definitely recommend them.
Could barely be more incompetent. Car in for simple puncture repair which I was told would take 30mins. Went back after an hour and car not touched. Agreed to leave car with them until following morning. Went back and repair still not done because noone wrote down which tyre had a hole in it. Everything I go to this place I come away angry. The ONLY reason for using them is that they are open in Sundays. If its not an emergency go somewhere else.
Good job done quickly. Maybe don't hold the largest stock of parts so if you can wait check their online prices and get them to order it in.
The customer service I’ve just received was appalling to the point I walked out.I came to the centre for a front set of tyres when I arrived the colleague on the front desk was finishing with a customer before he starts to serve me the phone rings he picks up and put them on hold he starts to serve me and we talk about getting booked in he then says he is just going to finish the phone call that phone call proceeded to take about 10 minutes as you can understand I was getting annoyed and feeling ignored the phone call ended and as he put the phone down it rang again instead of thinking about finishing with me as I’ve been standing around like a tart HE PICKES UP THE PHONE I couldn’t believe it and at that point I walked out to get back in the car and he followed me out waving his arms like he’s done nothing wrong it’s a joke and not good customer service I can understand he’s buy himself but to ignore me like that shocked me I am extremely displeased.
First time I have used Halfords for an MOT. Service was fantastic, no pressure sales for a advisory I needed. I decided to book in to have my brakes pads and discs supplied and fitted as per advisory. Again the team were friendly, efficient and Completed the job in a good timely manner. Will definitely be returning again.
