    Customer service nil. Wrong parts ordered! Staff in the back laughing and joking when the shop front was full! People left after waiting 45 minutes! Complained twice, promised a call back! Guess what? No call back! Don’t use this company! Use GKF in LITTLEHAMPTON, THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND AND THEIR PRICES ARE BETTER TOO!

    ECP can be expensive in some items, and often have stupid discount code events online, rather than just having honest, value for money, pricing. Some of the tools aren't the best quality. That said, staff are pretty helpful and friendly.
