I have been taking my vehicles to Andy for years. Excellent team up there. Even though he's extremely busy, he always makes sure we get looked after. The few issues we have had with our vans, he's been able to sort them quickly and got us back on the road.
A small and friendly garage that inspires confidence. You know they are going to be honest about the work that needs doing and you are not going to get ripped off. Just don't expect fancy courtesy cars or for your bill to be ready when you collect your vehicle.
I like these guys a lot. Friendly and very knowledgeable. Haven't done ny car keys for them yet but hopefully that will change soon. ha ha
Booked my van in here 3 weeks ago for wheel alignment and front wheels to be balanced, turned up today as promised to have the work done, my van sat there all day and they didn’t bother to do the alignment. How can you even treat a customer like that? Wheel alignment takes 10 mins. I booked 3 weeks ago in good faith and these guys act like it’s me who’s the problem, they were blunt. Unapologetic. Couldn’t care less. I was a new customer with a Citroen relay and also own a fleet of 6 vans. Their loss. I don’t recommend these guys. Especially after wasting all these weeks making me wait for a basic request.
Came recommended along with reviews on here. Not disappointed. It can get busy, for good reason. Take the first left as you go into the estate and follow the road round. Will be back for service and MOT next year!
