    “Back in April 2022 I chose Pembroke as my advisors for an Equity Release basically to keep my 6 year old grandson at his private school. It was handled by the Principal Mortgage Advisor Paul Grennan and his assistants Julie Ward and Carol Mitchell. Right from the start they were very professional, prompt, friendly and always responded to any questions I had. For reasons that had nothing to do with Pembroke my equity release took 7 months to complete. I was on the verge of giving up, selling my house and removing my grandson from his school, the stress levels were getting unbearable. Julie and Carol were amazing, they never gave up, they kept pushing and they kept me going with their kind and motivational words. God knows how many phone calls and emails they had to make on my behalf. We got there in the end and I can't praise Julie and Carol highly enough (and you Paul!). As part of the service they have also made a complaint for me for the amount of time it took. I would recommend Pembroke to anybody, they went totally above and beyond and if I could give them more than 5 stars I would.”

    “Georgie at Integrity Mortgages was really helpful to me as a first time buyer. I also disclosed I am neurodivergent and some of the difficulties that this carries with regards to interpreting some things and my heightened anxiety during this whole process. I asked many questions, even possibly very silly ones and she was always happy to answer and explain things via email or phone if needed for reasurrance. I don't think any brokers would advertise themselves as "neurodivergent friendly" becuase it's probbaly not a thing a lot of people think about but, honestly if you are neurodivergent, I'd definitely recommend them as they were very patient and understanding. I think I got a good deal with the mortgage and further down the line it had to be amended as renegotiated the price of the property but the process was very fast which allowed me to complete in the timeline that I had set up.”
