   Was in their Worthing Store there was a queue of people one person on tills. Eventually they other tills were opened. Having been waiting for a while I went to be served by Michelle. There were still several people behind me. She said her till was card only. I said where does it say that? Her response was well I'm telling you. She said she will speak to the manager. If its card only put a sign up to that effect. They guy on the middle till offered to serve me as I had the money out ready to pay he was really helpful unlike his colleague. I don't think I will be going back to the store for the foreseeable as the customer experience was not very good. However, a shout out to the the guy who took control and dealt with the transaction swiftly & efficiently.

   Great store but inconsistent staff. Younger members of staff are pleasant, friendly and always willing to assist. The older lady however, is the most unfriendly person there, as another reviewer mentions. Ask previous customers about the female member of staff who’s mardy and they always describe her, so it’s obviously not just me having had a negative experience. Any customer facing role - especially retail, is hard work but if you lack the ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner, perhaps retail isn’t your ideal sector. Shame as the range of products is great, it’s centrally located in Worthing town centre and the other members of staff are wonderful.

   I went into the Worthing store today in search of a toaster the young man that helped me chose the toaster was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I left very happy with the toaster I brought and shall definitely be using this store again.
