   We were introduced to Kate at Gaia Financial Limited when we needed to apply for a mortgage very quickly though our limited company to buy a house for a holiday let. We were very unprepared as finding a suitable house so soon took us a bit by surprise.    This was our first purchase of property in the UK and it seemed like quite a daunting task. We spoke to Paul Chipp about a year before we actually moved forward with the purchase and he gave us some amazing advice and information around how much we needed to save and what we needed to prepare for. We then approached him again when we were actually ready to move forward and he helped us each step of the way through the whole process.    Having used mortgage advisors in the past, I was really impressed at how helpful, friendly and informative Paul was when helping me with my mortgage. He made the whole process so easy. He was very clear in his guidance and explained all the options available to me. Paul was able to find me a great mortgage with an interest rate far lower than what I’m paying currently.    When I overheard Kate giving professional, no-nonsense mortgage advice to first time buyers in a client meeting in a cafe, I knew she had to be our mortgage advisor for our first home! Kate is so friendly and really helps to de-mystify the mortgage process - with Kate on our team and just a phone call/ email away, we never felt stressed or that we didn't know what was going on.
