“Back in April 2022 I chose Pembroke as my advisors for an Equity Release basically to keep my 6 year old grandson at his private school. It was handled by the Principal Mortgage Advisor Paul Grennan and his assistants Julie Ward and Carol Mitchell. Right from the start they were very professional, prompt, friendly and always responded to any questions I had. For reasons that had nothing to do with Pembroke my equity release took 7 months to complete. I was on the verge of giving up, selling my house and removing my grandson from his school, the stress levels were getting unbearable.
