Great service from this company after being let down by a previous Finacial advisor. They worked through some initial problems but got us the mortgage in the end at a difficult time. I’ve been using Karl and his team’s services for 9 years; my only regret is not using them for the previous 40. Karl asks the right questions and shines light straight through any confusion, quoting the relevant legislation, clearly explaining all the options available, and ALWAYS has excellent solutions at his fingertips. We met soon after my divorce, and I was full of apprehension about the future. That quickly evaporated at our first meeting and I enjoyed customer service I’d not dreamt of. It’s been consistent at every meeting and transaction since. Karl and his awesome team have solved life changing problems for all of my family. That includes helping my mother with inheritance advice, and later with his unwavering personal support confronting a vile and predatory local authority. SIFA is unique to me in that the entire team radiate positive vibes, confidence and knowledge, and are all great in their own right. I think that’s augmented by the way they are treated.
