“Back in April 2022 I chose Pembroke as my advisors for an Equity Release basically to keep my 6 year old grandson at his private school. It was handled by the Principal Mortgage Advisor Paul Grennan and his assistants Julie Ward and Carol Mitchell. For reasons that had nothing to do with Pembroke my equity release took 7 months to complete.
