“Rachel and team created the flowers arrangements of my dreams for my wedding day! We had to find a florist semi-last minute as ours dropped out. Luckily, Rachel was available and ready to help asap. I gave her some guidance on the types of bouquets I wanted and she perfected them. I showed her a few pictures of what I wanted my wedding arch to look like and it turned out beyond my expectations! “Jess did the flowers for our wedding a couple of days ago, I honestly could not recommend her highly enough, she is absolutely incredible! From the first meeting she knew exactly what I was after and even managed to include forget me nots in my bouquet as a tribute to my late Granny. She offers a preview of the flowers the day before and honestly we were blown away with how beautiful they were. On the day she brought the flowers in to me, explained all about them, even pinning my mums corsage to her dress for her. “My wife is on an extended work trip. I arranged to have flowers delievered to her hotel by Stella's. Unbeknownst to me, her hotel accomodations were changed. Not to worry, the fine staff at Stella's promptly communicated the inability to deliever to the first hotel and I was quick able to track down the change. Even though it was late in the day, Stella's promptly made the delievery and they were in her room before she returned that evening. The flowers were beautiful and provided a nice fragrence for the room to brighten things up. I didn't get her name, but a big THANK YOU to the kind lady who answered the phone and the delivery person who accomodated a very late afternoon delivery! Outstanding customer service and a quality product!!”
