   I have now used this shop on MULTIPLE occasions from birthdays to bereavements. Nikki is amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. From flowers to ornaments I have now ordered a dried flower resin for the New Year. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

   I’ve been coming here for flowers for years. Nikki’s work never fails to impress me (or the eventual recipients). The hand tied flowers they provide are an art form. Always a friendly welcome and served with a smile. I would not go anywhere else to be honest.

   Nikki, created the most beautiful, fresh and fitting floral tribute for me to take to a funeral I was travelling to. She listened and understood what I wanted, interpreting my thoughts into flowers that reflected the person they were for. Both friendly and professional, Nikki gave me advice that prevented me from being disappointed with overpriced funeral flowers from somewhere else out of the area. Flower Designs are an asset to our community services we should support.

   Incredibly disappointed. The whole bouquet had not been prepared, was a mess and flowers are cut of varying different lengths making it impossible to put in vase (as requested). Would not recommend, I wasted £40 and got nothing but a bunch of weeds

   My daughter organised a beautiful table. Centre piece for us at the time of the queens lying in state. It was delivered exactly as she had asked and had great communication with the florist. The display gave such pleasure at such an emotional time.

   Nikki helped me choose some lovely arrangements for our Mum's funeral. I contacted Nikki at short notice and even though the shop was busy she patiently helped me with choosing arrangements that our Mum would love. Today was Mum's service and my breath was taken away as the flowers were so fresh and beautiful and the display arrangements were magical. I hope I do not have to co-organize a funeral again but whenever I will require an arrangement or bouquet I certainly know where I will be going. Well done Nikki from Flower Designs.... you are truly amazing.
