“Being a man and having no idea what to buy some family members I found myself in Pandora Worthing. Still having no clue what to buy a staff member asked me if I needed any help. I accepted the help and it was probably the best decision I made that day. After a brief explanation of what I maybe looking for (Irene) absolutely went out of her way with ideas and showing me many products. I’m only writing this review because I was overwhelmed with Irene’s knowledge on the products and she had like a built in super power to know exactly what styles would suit my needs. “We could not recommend making your wedding rings with Orla James more highly! Fin and Giles were amazing throughout the entire process. Fin was so helpful and responsive as we worked to find a date and confirm the logistics. Giles was patient and informative as we learnt to make the rings - it was like a science lesson which we loved! Once we made the gold bands, Giles worked with me to shape this to fit my engagement ring perfectly. Coincidentally, we had booked this on my birthday and Fin made sure it was an extra special day - we were so well looked after! “I am so impressed with this jewellers my citizen watch wasn't working it's a more than 10 years old so I assumed it needed a new battery when I rang they said they could do it in half an hour if I could pop in at a rate considerably less than I had read other places online. When I explained that I couldn't pop in as I had no transport and was in a care home they offered to collect it one evening and return it the next evening for additional fee I was delighted I was even more delighted when the watch was returned to me for no fee at all. It was cleaned shiny and it was explained it was solar powered which I had forgotten so no battery! What an honest and kind jeweller and no charge for the young girl who had collected and returned my watch now working. It has made my day there are such kind people about. I would recommend this jewel er jeweller.”

“Carron has repaired several pieces of my jewellery over the years. She has also designed a beautiful heart locket, a commemorative pendent for my Mum which contains some of my Dad’s ashes. She also sourced the diamond for my engagement ring and produced an amazing round brilliant solitaire white gold ring. Carron also made our wedding rings and most recently some collar stiffeners which she engraved as a gift for my husband. Basically there is no end to this ladies talents!! I could not recommend her highly enough!!”

She was like a swan - calm & helpful, not panicking at all even tho there was a queue of about 4 people waiting to pay, she politely said she would be with them and when the moment was right she went off and sorted them all out answering other people’s questions at the same time. She was careful about making sure I was happy with placement and cleanliness and I was very happy with it all no pain - just a flick on my ear lobe and the earnings were in.
