Great shop, knowledgeable and kind. They took some links out of my watch, I was in a rush, so I didn't check the fit properly. Had to return the next day, and they removed one more free of charge. They have a great team and some amazing products in stock, too.
Popped in to ask about replacing batteries in a couple of watches I’d been meaning to sort for ages. I was delighted with the friendly and professional service from Kieron. The batteries were sorted there and then and at a very agreeable price, which was certainly not the experience I had found to be the case at other places. I also have some reasonably valuable Swiss Chronometer watches too and I will definitely be taking them here when they need a service. I am so impressed with this jewellers my citizen watch wasn't working it's a more than 10 years old so I assumed it needed a new battery when I rang they said they could do it in half an hour if I could pop in at a rate considerably less than I had read other places online. When I explained that I couldn't pop in as I had no transport and was in a care home they offered to collect it one evening and return it the next evening for additional fee I was delighted I was even more delighted when the watch was returned to me for no fee at all. It was cleaned shiny and it was explained it was solar powered which I had forgotten so no battery! What an honest and kind jeweller and no charge for the young girl who had collected and returned my watch now working. It has made my day there are such kind people about. I would recommend this jewel er jeweller.

Absolutely brilliant service and fantastic customer care - I have an engagement ring that lost a diamond and the shank had come away from the stone setting plus a wedding band that was too wide and too small. They fixed the engagement ring and it now looks like new and made the wedding band thinner and bigger - absolutely brilliant work and one of the cheapest quotes I received for the work. Lovely helpful staff. Thank you.
